Return & Refund Policy

At Little Soda Shop, your happiness matters most. If there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll work with you to fix it quickly, fairly, and with care.

Refunds & Replacements Are Available In These Cases

Damaged Products

If your plushie arrives damaged or defective, we will either issue a full refund or send you a free replacement.

  • Photo or video proof of the damage is required.
  • You do not need to return the damaged product.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If we accidentally send the wrong plushie or if part of your order is missing, we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

  • Please provide a photo or unboxing video as proof.
  • We will either replace the missing/wrong item or issue a refund.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package is delayed or never arrives, you’re protected. We will resend the item or refund your purchase if tracking shows no movement.

No return is required in these cases.

Marked Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, we require a non-delivery statement from your local post office to process a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before processing or shipping are fully refundable.
  • Orders canceled after fulfillment begins are not eligible for refunds.

Cases Not Covered

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders marked as “delivered” without additional proof of non-delivery

Return shipping (if required) is the customer’s responsibility.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Contact us at support@littlesodashop.store within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence
